Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to use your clinical experience in a dynamic, supportive, and administrative role? Join our passionate and dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Support Coordinator II, where your contributions directly impact the care and well-being of our clients and support the efficiency of our clinical teams.
As a Nurse Support Coordinator II, you will play a key role in streamlining operations to allow our clinical staff to focus on what matters most—caring for patients. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Services and team members, you will help ensure compliance with regulatory and financial documentation requirements, and provide essential support that enhances the overall success of our branch operations.
What You'll Do
You'll wear many important hats in this role—providing both clinical and administrative support, serving as a vital link between patients, staff, and external partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and completing essential documentation to meet regulatory, operational, and financial standards.
- Supporting the clinical team to help optimize their time spent with patients.
- Managing branch intake and scheduling, ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Entering and maintaining accurate health information and medical records.
- Assisting with recruitment efforts, including onboarding and orientation for new clinical staff.
- Helping with payroll processing, as directed by branch leadership.
- Serving as a central point of contact for both internal and external customers—including patients, families, healthcare providers, and branch staff.
- Providing office coordination support when requested by leadership, in accordance with our Office Support Coordinator role.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Current LPN license in good standing for the state of service.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or clinical support role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Clinical knowledge that supports communication with medical professionals and staff.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in accordance with company policy.
- Must meet all relevant certification/registration requirements and organizational standards.
- Additional experience in healthcare administration, intake coordination, or talent acquisition is preferred.
