The posted compensation range of $47.41 - $70.52 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary / Purpose
The System Manager of Marketing & Alignment PE/PE+ is a strategic thinker who manages the successful implementation of comprehensive marketing initiatives and the alignment of regional, market and national strategies specifically designed for the physician and APP community across our ministry. This position serves as a key liaison between newly hired physicians and APPs, leadership, and marketing teams, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and the effective promotion of ambulatory clinics and services provided by the Physician Enterprise.This role is critical in creating a successful onboarding experience for new physicians and APPs by implementing a best in class growth plan that is aligned with organizational goals. The Manager will foster strong cross functional relationships and will liaise between national, region and market teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Physician/APP Integration & Program Enablement:
- Manage best-in-class provider onboarding marketing program that supports brand alignment and accelerated growth, ensuring a smooth transition into the system.
- Create workflows for consistent provider introductions, access expansion, and referral promotion.
- Measure onboarding impact through ramp rate, volume growth, and engagement KPIs.
- Physician/APP Marketing and Campaign Development:
- Manages multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, SEO, social media, direct mail, content, etc.) aimed at increasing new patient acquisition and service utilization,to generate growth and support patient retention.
- Manage physician-facing digital platforms, online directories, and relevant sections of the system website.
- Lead the development of P2P marketing initiatives to increase awareness of specialty physicians.
- Physician/APP Integration & Program Enablement:
- Support for the Office of the CPEO
- Provide marketing support for the CPEO team, including Physician Enterprise, Academic & Faculty Affairs, Population Health & PHSO, Advanced Practice Providers, Operations and Quality
- Align strategic marketing growth plans and initiatives with CPEO vision and goals.
Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required; Master’s degree strongly preferred; or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in marketing and five (5) years of experience leading, developing and delivering marketing programs and leading teams.
- Proven working experience in marketing, digital marketing or branding, particularly within the industry
