The posted compensation range of $47.41 - $70.52 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. The Manager, Brand Video Content is both a story teller and an organized professional. This role is responsible for managing the many behind the scene details of CommonSpirit’s Brand Team’s video production. This includes, but is not limited to creating and delivering content to various stakeholders, maintaining CommonSpirit owned video equipment, managing rental house relationships, Brand’s digital video library, and leading national visual identity versioning work streams within tight deadlines.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Identify, create and manage relationships, insurance, payment and scheduling with all production equipment rental houses in filming locations across the country.
- Manage the versioning work stream of Brand created digital video advertisements for all applicable social media placements, aspect ratios and CommonSpirit sub brand visual identities.
- Directly support CEO and executive communications via filming and/or directing remote crews for executive message recordings
- Manage creation of filmmaking style guides and diagrams in alignment with creative vision for camera, lighting and set builds for distribution to and direction of agency partners and contracted crews
- Provide brand compliance review for agency partners, video content developed by other CommonSpirit teams, and external vendors
- Lead the organization and distribution of Brand’s video library to support internal partners, and media placements
- Manage complex film shoots, including the sourcing of additional crew members and directing external video partners
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in video/film production, photography, journalism, communications; equivalent education and/or experience in video/film production may be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in editing, mixing, coloring and delivering video content
- Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in project management, including creative and financial oversight of complex film editing
- FAA Drone Pilot Certification
- Able to write and produce short form documentary content
- Ability to plan and manage multi day, on-location or studio film shoots
- Ability to direct both professional and non-professional on-screen talent
- Up to date knowledge of and ability to use Sony, RED, Canon and DSLR camera systems
- Up to date knowledge of and ability to pilot, maintain, and operate DJI drone systems
