Real Estate Business Analyst
The posted compensation range of $36.96 - $53.60 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Business Analyst will support the National Real Estate Services leadership team specifically the National Program team in analysis of strategic opportunities, managing professional team development programs, task force administration, system leadership reporting, program development and assessment, NRES performance and KPI evaluations, Value Capture program implementation, and data gathering and analysis to support the optimization of the National Real Estate Services (NRES) program. The Analyst will be expected to identify areas of concern then working with SSVP to
develop solutions that could include projects, programs, assessments, reports, or process improvements. He/She will be an active contributor in the development of these solutions that affect all of NRES and key stakeholders throughout CSH. The analyst will take ownership of key NRES initiatives assigned to them; these will have significant and direct impact on the organization related to operational performance, service optimization, and the functional integration of the national real estate services into our One NRES platform. He/she will manage and lead active communications, reporting,
dashboards, and leadership communications for project they manage and those overall NRES initiatives led by the SSVP and the NRES leadership team. The analyst will participate in the RFP process for major outsourcing and right sourcing solutions across the system; he/she will be responsible for the development of critical documents and the management of data and information needed to ensure a successful procurement process.
This position reports directly to the System Senior Vice President, National Real Estate Services. They will interface with all NRES VP leaders and leaders across the enterprise Division and National
The following represents the essential functions and responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
Gathers and organizes information and data from within NRES and across CSH necessary for the analysis or development of strategic opportunities and key initiatives
Engaging with stakeholders gathers, organizes, analyzes and process key operational and financial data from across the enterprise and National Programs Department
Performs modeling and analysis for individual strategic initiatives and optimization programs and projects
Develops a comparative assessment, portfolio and performance evaluation process to use in assessing the performance and KPI’s of key initiatives, projects and programs monthly, quarterly, and annually
Performs initiative or program assessments: physical, financial and strategic to support leadership decisions; includes risk assessment and the development of a decision criteria for each initiative
Responsible for the management and scheduling of assigned initiatives and projects
Develops tracking, reporting, and dashboard tool kits to be used for initiative management and reporting
Undertakes tracking and analysis of all core and strategic NRES programs
Coordination of strategic initiatives with internal teams in order to execute assigned projects (this will include ownership of certain key initiatives)
Drives accountability and assists in ensuring that objectives and commitments are met
Ensures effective communications with all key program or initiative stakeholders
Planning and support for the NRES leadership team engagements, monthly, quarterly, annually – focus on analysis of KPI’s and dash boards driving decisions
Develops strategic conclusions and related presentations for review by senior executives and the board of directors
Participates in the development of the NRES diversity program

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business (real estate or finance focus) of equivalent of 4-7 years of business consulting or management experience
Minimum 4-7 years' experience in analysis , coordination, management and consulting
Experience participating in the analysis of significant strategic solutions and business consulting
Healthcare operations knowledge
Extensive experience in developing reports andpresentation materials for the delivery of results to senior level executives
Basic understanding of the trends and issues impacting the
healthcare industry including specific knowledge of the healthcare industry integrated continuum of care model (outpatient, acute, post-acute and senior living) and facility needs, differences and trends
An assertive approach with a collaborative style
Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Able to define, collect and document complex business and technical requirements
Analytical skill to quickly understand and contribute to strategic initiatives
Comfortable in high-volume, deadline-driven environment, strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization
Consistent professional behavior in all activities Exceptional MS Excel, data base and PowerPoint skills (Google suite experience beneficial)
Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work independently
