Job Summary and Purpose
The Program Manager, Brand Engagement & Compliance plays a vital role in activating and protecting the CommonSpirit Health brand across all internal and external channels. This position leads brand education and engagement efforts to increase organizational brand fluency, while overseeing compliance to maintain the integrity of our identity. A key ambassador for the brand, this role drives understanding, adoption, and alignment across teams—ensuring CommonSpirit is expressed consistently and authentically across the ministry.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead brand engagement strategies that cultivate internal understanding and advocacy for CommonSpirit’s brand identity and values.
- Develop and manage brand education tools, including onboarding guides, training modules, workshops, and reference materials to support consistent brand implementation.
- Oversee and maintain brand knowledge platforms such as intranet hubs, learning portals, and brand resource centers.
- Manage brand review processes and serve as a key resource for brand-related questions and clarification across departments.
- Conduct brand compliance audits and visual identity reviews to ensure consistency and quality across branded touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Legal and IP teams to track and review trademark use, requests, and renewals to protect brand equity.
- Monitor brand usage trends and identify opportunities for clarification, simplification, or additional support through education and tools.
- Track engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve brand knowledge delivery and support systems.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., HR, Comms, Marketing, Operations) to embed brand education into employee experiences and communications.
- Support cross-functional alignment on new brand rollouts, campaigns, and initiatives to ensure compliance and consistency.
Qualifications
Required Educaiton and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, internal communications, or employee engagement
- Demonstrated success in brand training, education development, or compliance oversight
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with brand governance platforms and learning tools
