Business Intelligence Analyst
The posted compensation range of $29.16 - $42.28 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage complex reports and BI solutions of Finance ERPs.
Collaborate with IT, DBA, and BI Architect to validate technical viability and to ensure the accuracy of business data, dashboards, and scorecards.
Manage user accounts and coordinate in end-user training as needed on the various application modules.
Perform daily operational support across a large infrastructure platform and demonstrate creativity in problem solving.
Work effectively with minimum supervision as part of a team and work productively with the department staff while assuring the maximum use of technology to promote efficient work systems.
Be an initiative-taker to do significant amounts of research and testing involved in innovative technologies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with enterprise reporting technologies developing that leverage business intelligence and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Azure, SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Tabular Cubes), data management platforms (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server), and SQL-based language.
Strong knowledge of database design principles and experience with SQL.
Design and develop customer solutions using SQL Server (SSAS/SSRS/SSIS).
Data analytics experience and proven abilities in problem management, process analysis, data testing, and quality assurance required.
Workday analytics and Prism reporting experience is highly desired.
Perform a variety of duties and often change from one task to another of a different nature with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
Skilled in developing documentation at a technical and user level.
A good understanding of business processes and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Broad functional knowledge in the areas of Finance, AP, or Materials Management preferred.
