Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Commonspirit Health is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support CHI Saint Joseph Health positions across the state of Kentucky.  In this critical role you will partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to attract and hire top-tier Healthcare candidates- advancing our mission of building healthier communities through compassionate care. 

This is a home-based position; however only candidates residing in the Lexington, Kentucky area will be considered.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen and hire quality candidates across a range of healthcare roles
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create effective recruiting strategies
  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
  • Engage passive candidates through proactive outreach and serve as a brand ambassador for Commonspirit Health
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and leverage social media to enhance engagement and reach
  • Represent the organization at hiring events throughout Kentucky, reflecting our values and spirit of HumanKindness
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with a diverse group of candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with TA Coordinators and HR teams others to ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring experience

What you Bring:

  • Proven experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, a variety of sourcing platforms and HRIS applications
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for connecting people to purpose-driven work
  • Willingness to travel to recruitment events and represent CHI Saint Joseph Health to students and community members

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years experience as a recruiter OR a combination of education and/or experience
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to build and foster effective relationships with candidates, employees, and key stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues to determine solutions
