The posted compensation range of $35.62 - $52.99 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
Job Summary / Purpose
The Well-Being and Engagement Analyst plays a key role in the development and delivery of employee communications related to well-being, benefits, compensation and overall Total Rewards programs. This position combines experience in HR/benefits with strong communication (writing and design), project management and coordination skills to ensure employees understand and engage with the resources available to them. of engagement and communication initiatives to support and enhance the Total Rewards employee experience across the ministry.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the design, writing, editing, and distribution of communications that explain and promote Total Rewards offerings, including health and wellness benefits, retirement, compensation, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and Total Rewards leaders and subject matter experts to ensure communications are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational messaging.
- Manage and maintain communication materials across multiple channels (intranet, newsletters, guides, digital assets, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to coordinate and implement key communications campaigns and strategies, ensuring brand and quality standards are met. Ensures campaigns meet scope, timelines, deliverables and budgets. Manages and updates relevant project plans and review/approval processes.
- Maintain project and file management systems to track communications campaigns, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop visual assets, presentations, and templates that simplify complex benefits information for employees.
- Support open enrollment, annual campaigns, and other key “moments that matter” in the employee journey with clear, timely, and engaging communications.
- Monitor employee feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred); 2- 4 years of related experience (benefit communication) or a combination of education and experience.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders.
- Collaborative work style.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask, work independently, balance competing priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technology skills in Google Workspace and ability to create Google sites required; experience with email marketing software; and graphic design capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of benefit communications and experience with internal communications.
