The posted compensation range of $47.52 - $70.68 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Job Summary / Purpose
System Manager Workforce Experience is responsible for designing and leading initiatives that enhance the employee journey across CommonSpirit Health. This role will champion employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture, ensuring that every member of our team feels supported, valued, and inspired. 

Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Culture Unification 

  • In partnership with the Director, serve as a project manager for the ongoing culture and brand roll outs across the ministry.
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent, Learning, and Capabilities (TLC) team, Talent Acquisition, HR, Mission, and other areas of the ministry to understand current and future organizational initiatives and use those insights to design future culture unification planning.
  • Champion the integration of the five building blocks of culture outlined by CommonSpirit leadership into day to day best practices for leaders across the ministry.
  • Lead and/or support organizational change efforts with an emphasis on communication, employee involvement, and adoption. Understanding and previous use of the ADKAR model is preferred. 

Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Project 

  • Support the design, development, and system-wide integration of the employee value proposition.
  • Work across the ministry and TLC team to embed the EVP into organizational process and practice across the employee lifecycle. 

Education Assistance Programs 

  • Lead the day to day administrative operations of the tuition reimbursement program.
  • Serve as a thought partner on tuition reimbursement and vendor partner strategy based on industry best practice and current ministry needs. 

Professional Practice

  • Serve as a TLC team member, and in that role, positively contribute to the culture and mission of the organization
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the organization and to lean in to shifting priorities as needed with a positive mindset.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in career development, EVP, and culture activation.
  • Serve as an ambassador for workplace culture.
  • Partners across the ministry with other teams also aligned to workforce experience like the health equity team, wellbeing, communications, benefits, diversity and inclusion, etc.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy; able to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret workforce data and recommend solutions.
  • Project management expertise, able to handle multiple priorities in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employee feedback tools, and workforce technologies.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education and Experience 
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred in HR, OD, L&OD, IOPsych, psychology or similar

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
5+ years of experience in relevant work
