The posted compensation range of $43.20 - $64.26 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

This is a remote position with 25%-50% travel.

This position supports the South Region: Texas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas and Georgia

CommonSpirit Health is unifying its brand across the nation, and we're looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead key implementation efforts throughout our South Region (Texas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia).

This isn't just about managing tasks; it's about leading a pivotal effort to unify the identity of one of the nation's largest healthcare systems. Already underway in other markets, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our new system name, visual identity, and communications approach are flawlessly delivered across every single touchpoint. Think signage, digital assets, patient materials, and vibrant campaign launches – all converting efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

You'll be the go-to leader, deftly managing vendors, and championing best practices through training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing throughout our South Region.

Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Be the Operational Backbone: You'll seamlessly connect market teams, our Hybrid Implementation Team, and the Region Brand Lead, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving forward.
  • Command Vendor Relationships: Drive successful outcomes by expertly collaborating with our agency and vendor partners.
  • Equip Our Leaders: Prepare impactful materials and reports that keep leadership and cross-functional teams informed and engaged.
  • Keep the Momentum: Provide critical programmatic updates to the regional team, always aligning with our system brand strategy.
  • Fuel Continuous Improvement: Help capture key metrics and insights, transforming data into actionable learnings for both our local teams and system-wide reporting.
  • Has Healthcare Heart (Preferred): Understanding the nuances and complexities of the healthcare environment is a huge plus.
  • Gets the Local Vibe (Preferred): Ideally, you already call one of our Southern markets home.
  • Brings Agency Agility or Brand Transition Experience (A Plus!): You've navigated fast-paced environments or complex rebrands.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

⦁ Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field)
⦁ 5+ years in project or program management, ideally with experience in healthcare, marketing, or change initiatives.

⦁ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across functions and geographies.
⦁ Experience with implementation planning, stakeholder coordination, and change readiness.
⦁ Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and build consensus across teams.
⦁ Proficiency in project management platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Google Drive).
