Overview

The purpose of Dignity Management Services Organization (Dignity MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity ’s Medicaid population care management pathways. Dignity MSO is dedicated to providing quality managed care administrative and clinical services to medical groups, hospitals, plans and employers with a business objective to excel in coordinating patient care in a manner that supports containing costs while continually improving quality of care and levels of service. Dignity MSO accomplishes this by capitalizing on industry-leading technology and integrated administrative powered by local human resources that put patient care first.

Responsibilities

What You’ll be Responsible For in this Role – Your Contribution & Career Journey

Provides process and/or delivery support for business and internal customers; resolves moderate to high complexity issues. Acts as a SME for at least one process. May be assigned to one or more process improvement efforts.

  •  Collects and identifies periodic operational and quality metrics analysis for improvement.
  •  Identifies and works with various requestors to resolve potential conflicts.
  •  Must be able to participate in discussions with teams to gain understanding of their reporting needs and use information in the development of the process and or service.
  • Conducts operational and program efforts in alignment with goals and objectives related to assigned area of responsibility.
  • Supports business strategy for a service and the business processes.

Compensation Range:  $30.00  to  $40.00  hourly rates, annualized.

Qualifications

Minimum

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or Associates Degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience required.

    • 3+ years’ of relevant field experience required.

      • SSRS
      • Translating business requirements
      • Understanding of business logic/process flows.
    • Intermediate experience in Windows

    • Knowledge of an IT role supporting healthcare or hospital/medical industry preferred.

    • Good communication skills.

    • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, auditors and consultants.

    • Experience with monitoring and tracking software assets ov

Preferred

  • Experience in an IT role supporting healthcare or hospital/medical industry preferred.
