Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Performs MRI procedures ensuring maximum quality imaging, patient safety, and accuracy of information for interpretation. Able to perform all aspects of various MRI procedures. This position requires providing care/service to a critically ill through rehabilitating adolescent through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values


Qualifications

Minimum:

  • ARRT Certification required.
  • Current American Heart Associztion BlS-C Card
  • IV Certification A
  • dvanced MRI ARRT or ARMRIT MRI certification
  • Graduate of an accredited MRI Program
  • 1 year prior experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Experience with automatic injectors.

Preferred:

  • CRT, CT RTTF, Fluoroscopy Permit Preferred
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • 2 years prior experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
