Responsibilities

The clinical social worker conducts biospychosocial evaluations, develops and executes discharge planning including referrals to community resources. Other duties may include assessment for abuse and neglect, substance use disorder, direct work with unhoused individuals, to assure the safest treatment plan possible.

Qualifications

Experience

1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in area of related field 

Minimum of 3-5 years combined experience in healthcare industry (preferred)

Education

Masters Degree from a School of Social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (preferred)
