It is the sole provider of obstetrical services along with the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Shasta County. Incumbent is responsible for the appropriate storage preparation and distribution of all types of medications used throughout the hospital. The incumbent works in coordination with a pharmacist to provide patients and customers with high quality and efficient pharmaceutical services. Incumbent must also possess a current and valid PTCB certification.
- 2 years of hospital Pharmacy and sterile compounding and hazardous drug compounding competent.
- Licensure with the California State Board of Pharmacy.
- Completed Pharmacy Technician program.
- Current and valid PTCB certification.
