Dignity Health-Yavapai Regional Medical Center is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare provider that offers a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services. Responsibilities

Under direction from the clinical chairman, provides patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.


Qualifications

Minimum

  • MD or DO degree

  • Successful completion of residency program

  • LIC OSTPHY, MD, DEA - Must hold and maintain: (1) Licensed in Arizona as a MD or DO, (2) US DEA registration, and (3) Credentialed at respective facility

  • Respective board qualified or certified
