Sr Time Labor Analyst

Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Time and Attendance Analyst position is responsible for support of the UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central and Advanced Scheduler application. As a key member of the Payroll Technology team, this lead role will serve as a resource on best practices and domain knowledge in the Time & Attendance space. Routine activities include production support of issues including root cause analysis, system upgrades, configuration of new pay and scheduling practices, participation in projects and support for employee time-related inquiries. Additionally, the senior time and attendance analyst is expected to have a continual improvement mindset and make recommendations for improvements, with an eye towards best practices, standardization and employee experience.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
-Design, develop and deploy solutions based on industry best practice
-Lead and participate in initiatives related to M&D, upgrades, process improvements, and new functionality
-Responsible for set-up and maintenance of time and attendance tables and configurations
-Provide expert level functional and process support for UKG Kronos Workforce Central
-Gather, compile and analyze business requirements to design, develop, and deploy solutions
-Develop process and procedural documents, communicate processes related to functional support, and create and deliver training to end users
-Provide time and attendance support to employee and business partner inquiries, tracking to resolution
-Troubleshoot data issues, integration errors and system malfunctions. Research errors and work with stakeholders to achieve resolution
-Develop ad hoc reports at an expert level, regularly interfacing with internal and outside legal counsel
-Conduct audit activities to ensure data integrity within the time and attendance system
-Liaise with HR business partners, IT developers/analysts, vendors, and cross functional teams
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
-3 to 5 years of UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central configuration experience working for a large employer
-At least 2 years combined experience working with complex payroll practices, wage and hour rules and regulations and union represented workforce, preferable in the healthcare industry
-Experience with system conversions and process consolidations.
-Training in and/or working knowledge of HR/Payroll, Timekeeping, Staffing and Scheduling. Knowledge of Productivity Systems is a plus.
