Customer Service Representative

- Answer all inbound calls
- Maintains proficiency in the use of telecommunications hardware and software and PBX platform as well as multiple IT applications.
- Initiates response to “codes” and emergency alarms
- Makes emergency announcements
- Proper use of communication tools/materials for effective communication and understanding how the culture(s) of patient populations can affect communication, collaboration, and the provision of care, treatment, and services.
1-year related experience (customer service environment)
previous Healthcare experience
A compensation range of $18 per hour is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
