Responsibilities

The Dignity Health Arizona Research Enterprise (DHARE), part of Dignity Health, the fifth-largest nonprofit health care systems in the nation and home to Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI), St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers exists to support novel research discoveries to make a difference in the lives of our patients served. Our active research portfolio consists of 500 plus clinical trials and is supported by a rapidly growing research team of more than 300 dedicated employees.

We are excited to announce our search for a Clinical Research Systems Analyst dedicated to our Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) to support electronic management of clinical trials coordinated by DHARE. This position is responsible for providing CTMS system project set-up, protocol specific data entry and end-user support. Critical to this role is experience in clinical trial operations within a multidisciplinary hospital environment combined with a working knowledge of research regulation and policy standards.

This position works as a CTMS subject matter expert and will serve as the primary point of contact to address CTMS specific support needs and resolve end-user questions regarding the system. Additional responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of the CTMS system and guidance to maximize system use and functionality.

This position reports directly to the BNI Research Technology Manager and works closely with Research Administration Leadership and therapeutic area Program Managers across the assigned market.

Qualifications

MINIMUM

Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate or relevant work experience.

Requires 7-10 years of experience in IT working on Ambulatory, Clinical, or CTMS experience

Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies required.

PREFERRED

3-5 years working in a healthcare/medical environment.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other related healthcare profession.
