Located at CHI Midlands Hospital in Papillion, the Sarpy/Cass County Immunization clinic will provide vaccines in partnership with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).  This part time position is funded by a DHHS  grant with CHI as the fiscal agent. The DHHS immunization program includes Vaccine For Kids (VFC)  program, Adult Immunization program (AIP) and COVID-19 immunization program. 

This clinic will offer all childhood vaccinations to children as well as HPV and COVID-19 vaccines to children 5 and older. In addition we will offer HPV and COVID-19 Vaccines to any qualifying adult aged 19 and older.


This position is designed toprovide support to our community members as well as provide non-clinical assistance to the immunization clinic team. We are looking to hire a customer focused person with strong written and verbal communication skills to support this clinic and the Clinic Coordinator.  

What You'll Do

  • Distribute medical supplies and equipment, restock supplies and rotate inventory as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication by fielding incoming calls, accepting and communicating with patients, and relaying pertinent information to appropriate staff.
  • Assist Immunization Clinic Coordinator with grant reporting.
  • Provide general office and clerical support, including data entry to the DHHS database (NESIIS).
  • Provide support at off-site events/clinics.


What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma
  • BLS from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
