Responsibilities
Must be able to maintain general patient information and financial data associated w/diagnoses, treatments, payments and health insurance coverage as it relates to medical services. Must be able to process claims, address overdue accounts & initiate collections when necessary. Must be familiar with state provided dental insurances. Must possess strong administrative and mathematical skills so that patient invoices are calculated accurately & can effectively submit, send and record claims, payments & overdue notices. Knowledge of dental terminology is beneficial. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Good communication skills. Can communicate with patients, employees and manager.
- Diligent about keeping patient confidentiality.
- Being efficient.
- Strong computer skills.
- Finish LEARN assignments on time.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
