Responsibilities

The Operating Engineer position is under the direct supervision of the Facilities Operations Manager and the Director of Support Services. The Operating  Maintenance performs corrective and preventive maintenance on various building systems; mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, individual items and does other related work as required.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • One (1) year of electro-mechanical experience and good knowledge of hand tools.
  • High School graduate or equivalent. 
  • Must have the ability to analyze electro-mechanical problems and determine repairs needed; must have the ability to perform repairs after needs are determined.
  • Must have the versatility to fill other related positons, as applicable.
  • Valid Driver's License.
