The posted compensation range of $15.62 - $21.47 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. **Coverage for every Saturday and Sunday needed. Optional schedules below**
-Part Time (2 10's Sat/Sun)
-SPT1 (3 10's 3 8's, or some half days during the week)
-SFT (work for offices during the week for a total of 40 hours)

Responsibilities
As a Client Relations Support Associate, you hold the key to unlocking new opportunities, trends, and changes that will shape our business strategies. Your keen insights and observations will help us plan and execute with precision, propelling us toward greater success. By maintaining and expanding our market share, you will be instrumental in driving the realization of our business plan.
Your journey begins with forging influential relationships with key customer sources, including long-term care facilities. Through regular contact and exceptional communication skills, you will manage these connections with utmost professionalism and efficiency. As a custodian of client information, you will ensure accurate files, fostering strong ties between clients and our organization, delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Your compassion will shine through as you address customer and patient questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner. As an advocate for understanding, you will be available to explain private pay, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines, insurance plan benefits, and organizational policies, ensuring our patients and caregivers have the support they need.
In your role, you will meet with patients and caregivers, coordinating services for their transition to home or an assisted living environment. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly, ensuring smooth transitions and peace of mind.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Relevant industry experience
- Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred
