Parkview Home Health is Now Hiring a Full-time Home Health LPN for Kendallville and Fort Wayne, Indiana service areas!

Offering Day Shift Work Week Schedule - No After Hours On Call Requirements

The Home Health LPN who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of nursing patient care and the ability to practice independently within the confines of educational preparation physician orders and as assigned and supervised by a registered nurse.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing
  • Licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse in the state of IN or in a compact state.
  • One year of Nursing experience
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Requirements:

  • Home Health experience
