The posted compensation range of $28.29 - $39.15 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. We are offering a $10,000* sign on bonus, which will be paid in the first 30 days. We also offer relocation assistance, if you relocate more than 50 miles to work for us.

Our residency program is designed so you can experience different patient care environments. We offer various tracks that allow you to pursue the speciality of your choice, while rotating through various shifts and departments within your assigned track. These rotations provide the opportunity for Residents to learn the organizational culture, meet peers in your specialty, and ultimately find the best unit/team for your future career. The extensive one-year program features a series of learning and hands-on work experiences for new graduate nurses and will follow you during your first year as you transition into your professional role as a caregiver. We focus on leadership, patient outcomes, the professional role, and self-care.
For the Summer 2023 Co-Hort, the Hot Springs Campus is offering the following tracks:
- Medical Surgical
- Critical Care (Limited slots available)
- ED (Limited slots available)
- Labor & Delivery (Limited slots available)
- OR (Limited slots available)
To qualify for our residency program, you must:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, Associates, Bachelors)
- Obtain an unencumbered license from the AR State Board of Nursing (or compact state) (We accept temporary licensures to start)
