CHI Health at Home in Omaha Nebraska, has provided home care and wellness services for over 32 years. Their goal is to ensure all services consistently exceed quality measures and the expectations of patients and referring physicians. CHI Health at Home's quality care is provided through a team of registered nurses, social workers, companions, dieticians, aides and physical, occupational and speech therapists.


Responsibilities

 CHI Health at Home is looking for a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to work in our Omaha Nebrask Branch office. Where you will acts as initial service ambassador to referral sources, physicians, patients, families and other external customers providing the highest quality service.

Some Coordinator Job Responsibilites listed, but not all included:

  • Work with co-workers and Manager, Clinical Services (MCS) to appropriately schedule associates for cases in assigned area of responsibility.  Communicates appropriately regarding changes in schedule or service delivery.  Ensures coordination of care between shifts.
  • Responsible for the prompt, friendly answering and directing of phone calls, as well as for the prompt, friendly greeting of external and internal customers to the office.
  • Works with field associates and MCS to maintain current associate and patient schedules.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Computer skills a must.Use of Google apps a plus
  • Minimum one year of medical office related experience preferred
  • 1- 2 years of customer service work experience
  • 1 year minimum experience
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
