What we are looking for in a great team member:

  • Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality
  • Great interpersonal & conversational skills; teamwork-oriented and detail focused
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Basic computer, cash handing, Point-Of-Sale knowledge preferred
  • Ability to take direction and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of catering set-up and service preferred
  • Familiarity of online food ordering, inventory systems/processes (Preferred)
  • Adherence to all VMFH policies, procedures and best practices


Training and development will be provided. 

Successful completion of Washington State Food Worker Card (FWC) is required prior to employment.
