The posted compensation range of $17.12 - $23.54 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. What we are looking for in a great team member:
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality
- Great interpersonal & conversational skills; teamwork-oriented and detail focused
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Basic computer, cash handing, Point-Of-Sale knowledge preferred
- Ability to take direction and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of catering set-up and service preferred
- Familiarity of online food ordering, inventory systems/processes (Preferred)
- Adherence to all VMFH policies, procedures and best practices
Training and development will be provided.
Successful completion of Washington State Food Worker Card (FWC) is required prior to employment.
