Dignity Health Mercy Hospital of Folsom is the community hospital serving the Sierra foothills communities of Folsom El Dorado Hills Granite Bay Cameron Park Shingle Springs and Rescue. This is a key position on the Value Based Operations (VBO) Team that is responsible for leading the implementation of a new strategy to grow and improve the Value Based Agreements and networks that
align with Dignity Health's mission, core values, and standards of conduct. Programs will be developed in partnership with GSSA VBO Leadership, The Program Manager will directly interface with all internal and external matrix partners as appropriate to ensure operationalized efforts are optimal;, and will focus on optimizing the use of Dignity Health facilities and network providers. This role will be responsible for leading key projects/programs within the portfolio of initiatives managed and driven by the VBO Strategy. This will include assisting program leadership in developing and managing the infrastructure to support the project portfolio such as developing/managing status, reporting to organizational leadership and working with local market executives/cross-functional teams to implement strategic programs. This role will also be responsible for analytics and reporting strategies to support program and VBO goals. This role will work in cross-functional groups to drive the development of actionable data analyses/report to deliver quantifiable results.. This role involves a high-level of responsibility, requiring excellent management skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to all levels of leadership. Additionally, executive level relationship building.


7+ years of experience with project/program management, business analysis or related roles. 7+ years of
experience in healthcare analytics/reporting or healthcare business operations. Direct involvement in implementation of analytics, reporting and data management capabilities. 5+ years of experience in managed care for a large hospital system and/or payer with demonstrated competencies. 3+ years of experience with CAP, ACO and other value-based arrangements, clinical workflows, risk adjustment, outcomes measurement, clinical and administrative data.

BA/BS or equivalent degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.


Advance to Expert knowledge/experience with MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio. Advance
knowledge/experience with MS Excel, and/or related analytics and reporting application(s). Advance knowledge/experience with data management and analytical software technologies (SQL, SAS, Tableau, etc.)

PMP certification experience preferred
