Systems Manager - Clinical Admin Apps

Responsibilities
This is a remote position.
The IT CAREPack Manager is accountable for our operational team objectives and takes appropriate action to ensure obligations are met. They are an advocate for change while addressing and motivating the team through organizational stress driven by ambiguity. They employ best practices and ensure the CAREPack team is aware of alternative approaches.
The Manager is expected to work autonomously and have minimal interaction with their CAREPack Director with regards to day-to-day operational tasks. When collaborating, the expectation is an awareness of items that will have an unexpected outcome and provide recommendations to ensure there are minimal impacts to service delivery.
Managers are assigned to complex initiatives of significant scope, organizational impact and budget. They are expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall CAREPack team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Pharmacy applications
5+ years’ experience in application support of Cerner, Epic inpatient and/or ambulatory applications and/or third party clinical or administrative applications.
Experience in operational application support processes and procedures, working knowledge of ITIL and Six Sigma helpful.
Must have working knowledge of Google Workspace applications.
Information Systems knowledge (software, hardware, network) is helpful.
Systems thinking - understanding of the general architectural system components, business processes and applications to understand the
impact of changes in software, hardware or network as they relate to applications supported.
Demonstrate the ability to manage applications issues that can tie to multiple teams as well as provide support for corporate initiatives.
Must be able to manage business and vendor relationships and navigate the political landscape.
Business function understanding of Finance and Accounting principles in relation to budgeting, staffin and analyzing financial results.

Experience in working with leaders across areas.
A compensation range of $107,000 - $139,000 is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
