The posted compensation range of $32.08 - $46.51 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
- The Asset Management Analyst is responsible for supporting asset data management and asset inventory operations processes. The processes supported include: asset management operations, asset inventory operations, asset receiving, asset decommission, and asset disposal. This role is responsible for the definition and maintenance of processes, policies, and standards for hardware asset and inventory operations. This role collaborates with other technology teams and interacts with business users on hardware asset management operational processes
- Analysts are focused on day to day task resolution, technical analysis discussions, deliver supporting artifacts and drives review sessions for all necessary approvals.
- Responsible to complete all tasks and associated documentation within committed timeframes, and effectively communicating across teams and all levels of management.
- Project assignments are medium to highly complex projects, multi-year programs or enterprise-wide assignments.
- Works on one or more projects and program as a technical voice and sometimes provides direction where required.

Qualifications
- Requires a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent experience.
- Requires 1 or more years of experience as a business, data, or technical analyst.
- At least 1 years’ experience in a healthcare or hospital/medical related industry is preferred.
- Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies is desired.
Required Licensure and Certifications
- Preferred:
CHAMP –Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional certification
CSAM - Certified Software Asset Manager certification
CITAM – Certified IT Asset Manager certification
ITIL v3 Foundations or higher certification
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
- Understanding of business and technology partners thru a structured development and/or implementation life cycle and support model. This includes technical requirement gathering, specification development, and creation of design and system test plans.
- Ability to understand technology projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives, and ability to present those concepts to both IT and non-IT leadership in a concise and easily-understandable manner.
- Capacity to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to recommend solutions.
- Proven abilities in problem management, process analysis and root cause analysis is required.
- Good oral and written communication skills Is required. This includes the ability to present highly technical concepts, solutions, and issues in a manner business managers can leverage to support their business operations.
- Good presentation, technical writing and documentation skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines is required.
- Strong understanding of key productivity applications, such as, Google Tools.
