Our cath lab has the following certifications:
- TJC certification for AMi at both locations.
- Primary Stroke Center at both locations
- We do treat with mechanical thrombectomy at the Bryan campus and this procedure is done in the cath lab

Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for an ECHO TECHNOLOGIST IIin our Cardiovascular Service Line. You won’t find a more compassionate care team. We would love for you to be a part of expanding this service line.This position will cover 2 locations in the Bryan/College Station area. The Bryan campus is a 210-bed hospital, a level II Trauma Center, Acute Heart Attack and Primary Stroke Center with Interventional Stroke Treatment. The Bryan campusoffersa full-service Cardiovascular Service Line. We recently kicked off a Watchman program on this campus as well. The College Station Campus is a 150-bed hospital, a level III Trauma Center, Primary Heart Attack and Primary Stroke Centers. On the College Station Campus, we also support Level 1 Neonatal Designated NICU. We work with the latest 4D GE machines as well as Phillips & Toshiba. In this role we are looking for an Echo Tech that is able to put patient care at the forefront, wear many hats, have a positive attitude and really want to learn! In this role you will have extensive knowledge of ultrasonography imaging techniques to assist the Cardiologist in successfully diagnosing and treating the patient's condition. Responsibilities include operating ultrasound equipment and performing a variety of technical diagnostic procedures which encompass the specialty area of Echocardiography. Must be able to perform 2D/Doppler echocardiograms, Pharmacological and TMT stress echocardiograms and assist with Transesophageal echocardiogram. Pediatric experience is a plus but we are willing to train.
Qualifications
Requirements for the Echo Technologist II
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Registered by American Diagnostic Registry for Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as RDCS OR RVT or Registered by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as RVS or RCS
- Two to three years experience
- American Heart Association BLS CPR obtained before hire.
