Located in Chandler, the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 338-bed, not-for-profit hospital with more than 2,500 employees and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. Chandler Regional joined the Dignity Health system in 1999, but has been part of the community for more than 50 years. The LABORATORY at Chandler Regional Medical Center is a full service Laboratory offering services in Hematology, Coagulation, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Immunology, Urinalysis and a full Microbiology department providing laboratory services for outpatient, inpatient, surgery and a very busy emergency department. The testing personnel are nationally certified laboratory scientists and have completed a bachelor degree program and a year of internship. The Laboratory provides full phlebotomy services with staff in all inpatient and outpatient areas. Our phlebotomy staff have all completed an accredited phlebotomy program and most are nationally certified. Our phlebotomy staff use a state-of-the-art wireless handheld computer to ensure patient safety
Located in the City of Chandler, Az, a suburb of Phoenix, this position is critical to the success of Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health
Establishes procedures for point-of-care testing for hospital units and clinics following the guidelines of the Clinical Laboratory, the College of American Pathologists and Joint Commission. Monitors quality control and test results. Maintains supplies, equipment and records.
High school diploma
MLT with 2 years of experience in clinical laboratory OR 5 years in clinical lab
B.S. degree in Medical Technology
MT with 2 years experience in clinical laboratory
