Responsibilities
The Therapist provides patient care, including evaluating the patient for treatment, providing and directing administration of the care plan upon the referral from the physician. Consults with other health care disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patients. Instructs patients and caregivers in home program exercises and functional activities. Assists with patient program management, while delivering quality patient services.
Seeking an Outpatient Occupational Therapist to join our team in an exciting environment working with the general orthopedic (splinting experience/interest a plus) and neurological populations while demonstrating evidence-based practice and utilizing Clinical Practice Guidelines to provide high quality and valued care to our patients.

Qualifications
Preferred:
Two years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care.
Master’s or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area.
Prior use of electronic health record.
