Responsibilities

Dignity Health at Home is recruiting for Home Care Registered  Nurses in Phoenix and Chandler, AZ.  We have full-time, part-time and even PRN schedules!

Qualifications

Our ideal team member has the following experience:

  • An active RN license or 3 years as a LPN working in home health
  • One year of nursing work experience
  • Active Driver's license and care insurance with reliable transportation
