Responsibilities

This job is responsible for providing program coordination, communication and administrative support for the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) grant-funded program focused on increased screening for HIV, Hepatitis C and Syphilis for patients in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care sites.  The program will also provide linkage to care for those patients with positive results.  An incumbent serves as the primary point of contact for Gilead FOCUS Regional Lead, assures compliance with grant provisions and requirements and works closely with staff and other stakeholders to manage/implement grant activities.  

An incumbent is also responsible for database development and related data collection and analysis, grant budget administration, internal/external program reporting and supporting provider training and continuous quality improvements.  

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Administers approved grant budget; authorizes and assures that submitted expenditures are in line with the approved grant application/budget and support program objectives.


Qualifications

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or any equivalent combination of related experience/education that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge abilities.
