CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services.  CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

Responsibilities

Provides exercise assistance and supervision to HPC clients and contracted parties.  Works with others and carries out duties consistent with the mission, vision and values of St. Alexius Medical Center. 

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Aids in the pprovision of exercise physiology services to the clients and contracted participants of the HPC.
  2. Completes all necessary documentation in a timely fashion.
  3. Completes all billing in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
  4. Facilitates positive team development and interaction.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Experience

None required prefer some education in EX Science curriculum

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computers and enter data.  Ability to multi task and change direction and plans during the day as circumstances change.  Ability to independently problem solve and make decisions.  Strong listening, oral and written communication skills are important.  The ability to manage conflict effectively and develop interdependent and positive interpersonal relationships with others, both within thedepartment and with staff in other departments.

PREFERRED Education and/or Experience

None required, prefer current participation in ex science curriculum.
