This is done through patient-facing consults and drop-in availability for our primary care partners to learn more about behavioral health cases and concepts. Our psychiatrists also have the opportunity to create and lead group therapy sessions in their areas of interest; to perform pre-surgical evaluations; to develop educational materials and didactics; and/or to propose additional ideas for expanding our department's collaborative services. Our team of psychiatrists and talk-based therapy providers regularly meets for case discussion, provider support, and ongoing development of our collaborative care model. Light/flexible home call duties are shared among all outpatient psychiatrists. No inpatient call. This position is based in our Bellevue and Issaquah Medical Centers, which are a part of our eight regional medical centers, both located on the Eastside in the Puget Sound Region.
